Liza Zamudio, Notary Public

Real Estate Assistant

Liza joined Washington Capital’s Seattle office in 2015, supporting the Transactions and Asset Management departments. She assists the Vice President of Transactions with real estate closing activities for both equity and debt transactions. She is responsible for management of all LLC and corporation entities; tracking, reconciliation, and disbursement of real estate related expenses; maintaining electronic binders; and administering company reports. Liza assists the Vice President of Asset Management in compiling leasing and property information for statistics and reporting requests on assets across all portfolios.

In 2013, she was a Property Manager for multiple properties in King and Snohomish Counties. Prior to 2013, she was a Project Manager and an Administrator in construction and facilities management, contracts, and finance. She was responsible for overseeing capital improvement, technical/professional, and construction contracts, agreements, change orders, amendments; grant applications; franchises; and real property deeds and leases. She was also a representative on various committees, projects, and task forces.

Liza has completed numerous industry related courses and seminars, including the BOMA Foundations of Real Estate Management. Liza’s community involvement includes membership on a committee overseeing the restoration and beautification project for one of the City of Seattle’s parks.
