Brian Welch joined Washington Capital Management’s Seattle office in 2013 with over ten years’ experience in commercial real estate acquisitions, financing, development, and asset management. In January 2017, Brian moved to WaCap’s Marketing & Client Relations team.
Prior to joining WaCap, Brian worked in a variety of roles and markets throughout the United States for Odyssey Real Estate Capital, Centra Properties, and the Archon Group.
He holds an MBA from Yale University and a Bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University.
