Cindee joined Washington Capital’s Seattle office in 2019. She has worked in the real estate industry as an underwriter and paralegal since 2004. Her focus areas were in contract, corporate and real estate law.
Prior to joining WaCap Cindee was a Regulatory Compliance Paralegal with The Nathanson Group where she assisted clients with corporate structuring and in obtaining operational licenses and permits according to Federal and State regulations throughout the United States.
Cindee obtained her paralegal degree from American River College in 2014 and is presently working on completing her MA in legal studies through the Harvard Extension program.
Outside of WaCap, Cindee is a member of the International Businesswoman’s Association and the National Federation of Paralegal Association. Locally she participates regularly in the Food Lifeline program and in YWCA Seattle.
