Courtney joined Washington Capital’s Seattle office in 2021. As a Real Estate Analyst, she evaluates new real estate prospects and provides support in assessing existing projects.
Courtney has several years of experience in the Real Estate industry. This experience includes three-and-a-half years at Toll Brothers. She worked there as a Land Acquisition Analyst, where she both underwrote prospective residential projects and also researched market and jurisdictional data for divisional expansion. Other experience in the field includes two years at Richmond American Homes as Senior Land Acquisition Specialist. In this role, Courtney engaged property owners and negotiated agreements for the purchase and sale of new residential construction.
She received her Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the University of Washington.
