Jenny Gage joined the firm’s Seattle office in 2006 as an Asset Manager. As Asset Manager, she is responsible for maximizing property values and enhancing the performance of equity properties by managing and overseeing property management, leasing, capital projects, project management, as well as assisting in acquisition and disposition transactions.
She has worked in the field of commercial real estate since 1991. Previous industry experience includes the development and delivery of hundreds of new bank branch locations across the country for Washington Mutual Bank’s Planning and Franchise Development department. Prior to that, she worked as Team Leader for Washington Mutual’s Commercial Real Estate Loan Portfolio, responsible in part for the retention and management of over 35,000 commercial loans valued at $17 billion.
