Joyce joined WaCap’s Seattle office in 2005 as an Operations Accountant and Securities Settlement Specialist before transitioning shortly thereafter to the role of Fixed Income Portfolio Administrator. In 2011, her responsibilities expanded to include financial and credit analysis, with a primary focus on the high-yield fixed income market. In this role, she conducts fundamental credit research and develops investment recommendations. In 2026, Joyce was promoted to Fixed Income Portfolio Manager, where she is responsible for managing high-yield exposure across portfolios with a range of investment strategies.
Joyce earned a Bachelor of Arts with dual majors in Finance and E-Commerce & Information Systems, followed by a Master of Science in Finance from Seattle University. She is a CFA® charterholder and a member of CFA Society Seattle and the CFA Institute.
