Joyce Chiang began her career at Washington Capital in 2005 in Securities Settlements, transitioning shortly thereafter to work as Fixed Income Portfolio Administrator/Accountant from 2005-2011. In 2011, Joyce’s role at the firm expanded to that of a Financial Analyst, with a proportionate increase in responsibilities.
Joyce is an alumna of Seattle University, where she received a BA with dual majors in Finance and in E-Commerce & Information Systems followed by an MS in Finance. Joyce is a CFA® charterholder.
