Nancy is the commercial draw administrator for Washington Capital’s Seattle office. Nancy oversees the review of loan and equity construction development related draw disbursement requests, coordinates with participant and co-lenders for debt related draw fundings, maintains the company’s draw tracking schedule, and monitors the closing pipeline report to identify upcoming cash needs to ensure funds are available for closings. She is responsible for training branch office personnel on draw disbursements. Nancy is also the Secretary for Real Estate Investment Committee and the Real Asset Committee.
