Sheri joined Washington Capital in 2000. She was originally responsible for client development and support, placement of funds into mortgages, portfolio management, client reporting, financial analysis and mortgage servicing. Sheri transitioned to the Compliance Department in 2019 where she is responsible for the testing of firm procedures.
Sheri started her career in real estate investments in 1980. Before working at WaCap, she was at Perkins Coie from 1991 as Paralegal/Systems Administrator, where she worked with school districts and municipalities to assist in issuance of bond offerings. Other prior industry experience includes Richard, Christman, Lavigne, Inc., where she was Operations Manager from 1983 to 1991 managing the brokerage operations and personnel.
Sheri graduated from Spokane Community College and is a member of the Business and Professional Women’s Association.
