Sonya joined Washington Capital in 2016 and works with our Real Estate Asset team as well as assisting with asset management, separate accounts portfolio administration, and client reporting. Prior to joining Washington Capital, Sonya spent seven years as Vice President of Finance for Strategic Property Advisers, Inc. and was responsible for financial reporting and analysis, lease administration, loan servicing, and special projects. Her background includes experience in commercial real estate leasing and property management, commercial banking, financial management, and public accounting.
Sonya graduated from Louisiana State University with a BS in Accounting and a BS in General Business. She is a CPA and holds a Nevada Real Estate License.
