Tracey joined Washington Capital in 1998 when her previous San Diego firm was acquired by WaCap. At that time, Tracey worked in the Real Estate department and was responsible for commercial loan draws, loan servicing, and assisting with loan closings. In 2004, she transferred to the Seattle office and joined the Operations department, primarily focusing on compliance functions. Tracey became the Chief Compliance Officer in October 2013.
Tracey received a degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and an MBA from Webster University. She has earned the designation of Investment Advisor Certified Compliance Professional through the NRS Center for Compliance Professionals and the Investment Advisor Association. Her previous industry experience includes positions at Amresco Advisors and Seidler Realty Advisors.
