Matt joined Washington Capital in June 2011 and is the portfolio manager for separate accounts. Prior to joining the firm, Matt worked from 2005-2011 in the institutional ownership side of real estate, notably working at BioMed Realty in Acquisitions and Asset Management roles.
Matt graduated cum laude from the University of San Diego as a Business Administration major, with emphasis in Real Estate and Finance, and with a minor in Economics. He later received his Certificate in Real Estate: Finance, Investments, and Development through the university.
