Rich serves as a Portfolio Manager for separate real estate accounts, overseeing portfolio strategy and performance. He is responsible for the oversight of development, execution of strategic asset plans and driving value creation across diverse real estate portfolios. Rich is a member of Washington Capital’s Board of Director.
With more than 30 years of experience, Rich brings deep expertise in portfolio and asset management, acquisitions, dispositions, finance, and accounting.
Prior to joining WaCap, Rich was Vice President of Asset Management at Cabot Properties, Inc., where he managed a portfolio of industrial properties. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the State University of New York at Potsdam.
