Will joined Washington Capital in 2020 as an Asset Management Associate in the Boston office, coordinating the quarterly valuation process and asset management segment of client reporting requirements for two of Washington Capital’s separately managed accounts. Other responsibilities include organizing the annual budget review, coordinating business plans for each investment, tracking portfolio occupancy and tenant leasing information, and managing the insurance coverage across these portfolios.
Prior to joining Washington Capital, Will was an auditor in the commercial assurance practice of Ernst & Young. He performed integrated financial statement and internal control audits for a variety of real estate clients within the hospitality, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Will graduated cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh, earning a dual Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Massachusetts and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
