Derek joined Washington Capital in 2026 as an Asset Management Associate in the Boston office. He assists with quarterly reporting, valuations, occupancy tracking, budget review, business plans, and other asset management duties.
Prior to joining Washington Capital, Derek completed multiple internships across the real estate industry in transactions as well as asset and property management. Derek holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance as well as a Master of Finance & Real Estate Certificate from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
