Jeff recently joined Washington Capital’s San Francisco office as a VP, Portfolio Manager, Real Estate Debt, where his responsibilities including overseeing commercial real estate debt investments.
Prior to joining Washington Capital, Jeff was a Director / Senior Investment Officer with Manulife/John Hancock’s Real Estate Finance Group, where he helped expand the firm’s lending platform throughout Northern California, the Pacific Northwest, and the Mountain West. Jeff’s experience also includes more than a decade with MetLife Investment Management’s Northeast Region and Capital Markets Groups, where he originated, structured, and managed over $1billion in commercial mortgage loans, secured credit facilities, and other structured finance investments
Jeff has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing / Economics from the University of Florida and an MBA in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
