Bridget Mitchell joined Washington Capital as Vice President of Asset Management in 2026 and is based in the Chicago area. In this role, she oversees a diversified portfolio spanning retail, office, industrial, and multifamily assets across the greater Midwest region of the United States.
Bridget brings more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience in asset management, transactions, portfolio strategy, and investment analysis. Her career includes roles with Irvine Company, BentallGreenOak, and Equity Office Properties Trust.
Bridget earned a bachelor’s degree with honors from Loras College and is an active member of CREW and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
