Aaron Ryskalczyk joined the Seattle office of Washington Capital in August 2008. As a VP of Asset Management, Aaron covers asset management of properties in Seattle, Denver, Phoenix and St. Louis. His portfolio includes all property types as well as work with development and joint venture partners on new construction.
Prior to beginning his career with WaCap, Aaron worked as an Intern at Kilroy Realty and worked for an earth drilling contractor as a Bid Estimator. With over 15 years of asset management experience across all property types, Aaron’s main area of focus is the industrial and warehouse asset class. His asset management experience bridges across both the comingled equity funds and the separate accounts, giving him a perspective on how to best manage assets for different client motivations.
Aaron graduated from the University of Southern California with a BA in Business Management with concentrations in Real Estate and Finance. In May 2019, Aaron completed the University of Washington Certificate in Commercial Real Estate program.
