Chris Coutts joined Washington Capital in 2018 as Vice President. Chris is based at the firm’s Boston office, where he is responsible for originating new investments (acquisitions, joint ventures, and mortgages).
Prior to joining WaCap, Chris was a Vice President on the CBRE Debt & Structured Finance team providing advisory services for debt and equity placement, recapitalizations, and investment sales across all product types.
Chris graduated from Babson College with a BA in Business Management with concentrations in Real Estate and Finance.
