Christina joined Washington Capital in 2018 as an Asset Management Associate in the Boston office and was named VP Real Estate in 2023. Christina oversees the quarterly valuation process and asset management segment of client reporting requirements for two of Washington Capital’s separately managed accounts. Other responsibilities include coordinating the annual budget and business plan process, tracking portfolio occupancy, lease administration, and managing the insurance coverage across these portfolios.
Christina began her real estate career in 2015 after graduating magna cum laude from Florida State University with a double Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Real Estate. Prior to joining Washington Capital, Christina completed the Commercial Lending Credit Training Program in Wells Fargo’s Real Estate Banking Group, where she began as a Financial Analyst in 2015 and was promoted to Relationship Manager in 2017. During her time at Wells Fargo, Christina was responsible for underwriting new transactions, maintaining client relationships, and managing a portfolio of over 30 commercial real estate loans worth over $1 billion in capital commitments.
