Christina joined Washington Capital Management in 2018 and serves as Vice President, Asset Management. Based in Florida, she is responsible for executing asset business plans across approximately three million square feet of commercial real estate, primarily throughout the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic. In addition to her asset management responsibilities, Christina serves as an Assistant Portfolio Manager for one of Washington Capital’s separate accounts, supporting portfolio strategy, performance oversight, and investor objectives.
Prior to joining the firm, Christina completed the Commercial Lending Credit Training Program within Wells Fargo’s Real Estate Banking Group. During her time at Wells Fargo, she underwrote new lending opportunities, managed client relationships, and oversaw a portfolio of real estate loans. Christina has over a decade of commercial real estate experience spanning asset management, portfolio management, underwriting, and lending. She graduated magna cum laude from Florida State University with Bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Real Estate.
