Faye joined Washington Capital in 2026 and is based in the firm’s Seattle office. As an Associate in the Transactions department, she coordinates debt and equity transactions involving real estate acquisitions, equity sales, loan closings, and development projects. She also reviews construction draw disbursements.
Prior to joining Washington Capital, Faye was an Associate at Oak Harbor Capital, where she supported investment acquisitions and dispositions by managing due diligence, preparing closing documentation, and facilitating transaction closings.
Faye earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Science from the University of Arizona.
