Jenn is Vice President of Asset Management in Washington Capital’s Boston office. She has served in the Asset Management department since 2014, having initially worked at Great Point Investors until it was acquired by WaCap in 2017. Her responsibilities include lease negotiation for industrial and office properties, client reporting, and asset valuations—as well as overseeing capital projects, property management, and external appraisals.
Jenn has worked for various firms in the real estate industry since 2007. Her prior industry experience included two years at REIT Management & Research, LLC, where she was responsible for lease analysis, acquisitions and disposition due diligence, and budgeting. She also has held previous positions in property management and lease administration.
Jenn graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a Major in Spanish and Minor in Business Administration and Latin American Studies. She also holds a REFA Certificate of Commercial Real Estate Finance from Boston University’s Center for Professional Education.
