Julie is Vice President and Portfolio Manager of the Real Assets department. She joined Washington Capital’s Seattle office in 2019 contributing to the growth and oversight of the infrastructure, real estate and direct lending feeder fund platform. Her responsibilities include supporting the financial administration and servicing of the feeder fund investment vehicles on behalf of the feeder fund investors.
With a finance career spanning several decades, Julie brings experience across both the private and public sectors. She began as a Fixed Income Analyst at Safeco Asset Management and Principal and Fixed Income Analyst at Sirach Capital focusing on the high yield, energy and utility sectors. Before joining Washington Capital, Julie held the Finance Manager and Analyst roles at the Seattle Colleges, with budget development and financial oversight, administration of federal and state grant funding, as well as holding a key role in the financial and operational consolidation initiative of the Seattle Colleges’ Foundation.
Julie holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business.
