Ken Tasaki is a VP of Real Estate and assistant portfolio manager at Washington Capital. In this role he helps manage the company’s open-ended core plus fund, evaluate and execute acquisition and development opportunities, and asset manage existing investments. Ken joined WaCap in 2018 and is based in the company’s Seattle headquarters.
Prior to joining WaCap, Ken worked in commercial real estate lending at KeyBank in Chicago, helping to analyze, structure and originate CMBS and bridge loans.
Ken holds a BA in Business Administration from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington.
