Lilian Schroder-Leon

Lilian Schroder-Leon started at Washington Capital’s Seattle office in 2022, as a Transaction Closing Specialist, where she is responsible for handling both debt and equity transactions, real estate purchases, equity sales, loan closings, as well as reviewing loan and equity construction draw disbursements. Lilian also provides support for related administrative tasks. Lilian began her real estate transactions career in 2020 at First Foundation Bank, where she handled the processing and closing of multifamily deals and reviewed related property and liability insurance. Most recently, she was at Financial Partners Credit Union, where she processed and closed multifamily deals. Lilian has a Bachelor’s in Social Sciences from the Regional University of Blumenau in Brazil and recently obtained a Certificate of Commercial Real Estate from the University of Washington.
