Lilian Schroeder-Leon

Lilian Schroder-Leon started at Washington Capital’s Seattle office in 2022, as a Transaction Closing Specialist, where she is responsible for closing both debt and equity real estate transactions. Lilian began her real estate transactions career in 2020 at First Foundation Bank, where she handled the processing and closing of multifamily deals and reviewed related property and liability insurance. Most recently, she was at Financial Partners Credit Union, where she processed and closed multifamily deals. Lilian has a Bachelor’s in Social Sciences from the Regional University of Blumenau in Brazil.
