Matt joined Washington Capital in June 2011 and is the portfolio manager for separate accounts. Prior to joining the firm, Matt worked from 2005-2011 in the institutional ownership side of real estate, notably working at BioMed Realty in Acquisitions and Asset Management roles. Matt is a member of Washington Capital’s Board of Directors and a voting member of our Real Estate Investment Committee.
Matt graduated cum laude from the University of San Diego as a Business Administration major, with emphasis in Real Estate and Finance, and with a minor in Economics. He later received his Certificate in Real Estate: Finance, Investments, and Development through the university.
