Paul joined WaCap in 2007 with responsibility for client service and business development and works out of the Seattle office. In October 2015, Paul became Director of Marketing. Paul was named Chief Operating Officer in March 2022.
He began his career marketing institutional investment management services in 1993. Prior to joining WaCap, Paul was the director of marketing for Pugh Capital Management. His previous experience includes marketing and sales roles for several institutional investment firms and co-founding a technology firm.
Paul holds an MA and BA in Communication Arts from the University of Cincinnati.
Outside of the firm, Paul serves on the Board of the Boys and Girls Clubs of King County. His past service includes serving as Chairman of the Board for the Washington Athletic Club.
