Pauline joined Washington Capital’s Seattle office in 2020 as a Real Estate Analyst and moved to the Real Estate Transactions Team in April 2021. She is responsible for closing both debt and equity transactions, as well as for construction draw disbursements. Having previously worked in e-commerce (Alibaba Group), she began her first foray into real estate in 2009 as a landlord of a commercial property, managing some of the property’s operations and leasing activities, and she was also a business owner, managing finances and operations for a manufacturing business.
Pauline graduated from Zhejiang Gongshang University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts in English. Subsequently, she graduated from the University of Washington Foster School of Business with an MBA focused on Finance and Strategy.
