Pauline Chen joined Washington Capital’s Seattle office in 2020. She supports the firm’s debt and equity real estate investment strategies through underwriting, financial modeling, and market research. Pauline evaluates investment opportunities, prepares investment committee memoranda, and supports due diligence through closing.
Prior to joining Washington Capital, Pauline was a commercial property owner and landlord and also owned and operated a manufacturing business, managing finance, operations, and business strategy.
Pauline earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Zhejiang Gongshang University and an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the University of Washington Foster School of Business.
