Robin joined Washington Capital in 2016 as Vice President of Asset Management, based in the Southern California office. Robin is responsible for over five million square feet of assets in Southern California and Arizona.
Robin is a real estate professional with a career spanning over two decades. During her career, she has been a leader of real estate teams for high-growth organizations, both public and private. Beginning her real estate career working for an industrial developer, she then moved on to a large commercial office REIT in Southern California, overseeing a Class A portfolio. Later in her career, Robin was responsible for a $10 billion portfolio for a large retail shopping mall REIT in the US. And just prior to joining Washington Capital, Robin was one of the principals at a private real estate investment firm, with a focus on assets in emerging markets.
Robin holds the Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) designation granted by the International Council of Shopping Centers and was a founding member of the Board of Directors for the Green Parking Council. In addition, Robin served on numerous BOMA committees, including the WLA Regional Committee and the Charities Committee.
