Terry joined Washington Capital in 2017. She is a member of our Seattle office and is responsible for closing equity and debt transactions. Prior to joining WaCap, Terry was Vice President at Bentall Kennedy from 2001-2017. Terry has worked in the field of commercial real estate since 1986, and other previous industry experience includes working as Director of Development from 1998-2001 at Merrill Gardens.
Terry graduated from Washington State University with a degree in Business Administration. She has been an active member of Commercial Real Estate Women since 2005.
