Theresa is a Transaction Specialist in the Seattle Real Estate Transactions department, responsible for managing both debt and equity transactions, including construction draw disbursements, real estate purchases, equity sales, and loan closings. Theresa joined Washington Capital in 2014, starting out in the Accounting/Servicing department before progressing to her current position. Having managed the blanket insurance programs while working in the Servicing department, she continues to provide insurance related assistance to the team as needed.
A Seattle native, she studied at the University of Washington. Since 1980 Theresa has worked in the fields of small business accounting, residential and commercial real estate lending, construction loan administration and insurance. Previous employers include HomeStreet Bank and Pacific First Federal Savings Bank.
