Tom joined Washington Capital in 2007 as an Asset Manager in the Seattle office. As Asset Manager, he provides a strategic plan to maximize property values and ensures the performance of equity properties by managing and overseeing the property management, leasing, marketing, project management and acquisitions and dispositions. Tom began his work in the real estate industry in 1992. He previously worked for Trammell Crow and Bay West, where his responsibilities included property management, leasing and project management.
Tom graduated from Gonzaga University magna cum laude with a Business degree specializing in International Trade. He earned an MBA from the University of Washington, is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and maintains a Washington State Broker’s License. Tom has been a member of IREM, NAIOP and BOMA and attends SIOR events.
