Tup Fisher has worked at Washington Capital’s San Francisco office since 2008. As Senior Portfolio Manager, he provides oversight for WaCap’s Real Estate Debt strategy. He is also a member of WaCap’s Board of Directors. Prior to joining WaCap, Tup was Western Regional Manager at Credit Suisse (and predecessor companies) from 1996-2008, before which he was Director of Production at Citibank from 1993-1997.
Tup graduated from Stanford University in 1982 with a BA in Economics and Political Science.
Tup is an active member of industry associations and charitable organizations in the region. He is former Chairman and current Board Member of the California Mortgage Bankers Association and was President of the Bay Area Mortgage Association. Additionally, he served as a Board Member at the Vista Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired.
