Wallace works as a Desktop Support Specialist as part of Washington Capital’s IT team. His responsibilities include the management and maintenance of computer systems and office operational tools as well as administration of WaCap’s systems and networks. In addition to this, Wallace provides company-wide IT support for WaCap’s offices.
Before joining the Seattle office in 2014, Wallace worked in the IT field providing technical support for various companies. After obtaining degrees from Bellevue College and from the University of Washington, he worked at Robert Half Technology/Smart Source, where his role included migrating images of operating systems for computer configurations, providing QA control and testing of computer systems, and the setup and delivery of computer systems for Microsoft vendors. Following this, Wallace worked at Verizon Wireless providing technical support for wireless and mobile devices for government and business accounts, which included city accounts, state accounts, and large corporate accounts.
